Paper Format Requirements

All submissions must adhere to the following formatting requirements:

Paper Structure

Your paper should be organized with the following sections:

  1. Title: Concise and descriptive, reflecting the content accurately
  2. Authors and Affiliations: Include all authors with their institutional affiliations and email addresses
  3. Abstract: 150-250 words summarizing the key contributions
  4. Keywords: 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes
  5. Introduction: Background, motivation, and objectives of the research
  6. Related Work: Literature review and positioning of your work
  7. Methodology: Detailed description of methods, models, or approaches used
  8. Results: Presentation and analysis of experimental or theoretical results
  9. Discussion: Interpretation of results and implications
  10. Conclusion: Summary of contributions and future work
  11. References: Complete and properly formatted citations (IEEE style)

⚠️ Important Note

All submissions must be original work that has not been published previously or is not currently under review elsewhere. Plagiarism will be checked using similarity detection software, and any submission found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.

Review Process

Double-Blind Peer Review

ConPhyCS 2024 employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and integrity of accepted papers. Here's what you need to know:

Anonymization

Remove all author names, affiliations, and identifying information from your submission. Avoid self-citations that reveal identity. Use phrases like "previous work [X]" instead of "our previous work [X]".

Review Criteria

Papers are evaluated based on originality, technical quality, significance, clarity of presentation, relevance to the conference themes, and reproducibility of results.

Review Timeline

Each paper receives at least 3 independent reviews from experts in the field. The review process typically takes 3-4 weeks after the submission deadline.

Outstanding papers will be selected for Best Paper and Best Student Paper awards, with recognition at the conference.

📖 Extended Journal Publication

Selected high-quality papers will be invited for extended publication in partner journals after additional review and revision. Authors will be notified separately about this opportunity.

Copyright and Ethics

Copyright Transfer

Authors of accepted papers will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement before publication. At least one author must register for the conference and present the paper.
